“A Day for Peace.”

“On August 15th of 1969 millions of people came to White Lake, New York  to listen to three days of peace and tranquility.  For once America had dedicated a day to listen, learn, and enjoy the voices that lay beneath our countries hatred.   Woodstock lifted millions of spirits that fled to the fields of White Lake, New York.   They looked at it as a  new but hopeful beginning.   Years from our parents will look back at those simple yet wonderful days and wish for them once again.”
